No, unfortunately deposits are non-refundable, if you cancel your party (1 week prior) you can reschedule within a month after your schedule date or you can use it for private play. if you cancel 6 days before, you will not be able to reschedule.
The limit of guest allowed in our facility is 75 if you go over this limit you are subject to pay $20 per extra person limit of 10.
No, unfortunately once your guest have enter to the carpeted area they will be counted. if your guest are dropping off their child they will not be counted.
No, piñatas typically contain numerous choke hazard for smaller children and/or products containing peanuts products, therefore they are not permitted within the facility.
