How early can i arrive for my party?
Is stated in the contract that you can arrive 10 minutes prior to your schedule party to ensure the facility is ready for you to come in. if you arrive early you wont be able to enter the facility and will have to wait outside.
Are you open to the public while i have my party?
No we do not open to the public while a party is being held.
During open play can we bring in outisde food or drinks?
Yes during open play you are allowed to bring any food except cake or cupcakes (with frosting)
Why cant we wear our indoor shoes, bare feet or slippers?
For health and safety reasons, we require all of our guest including babies to wear socks on their feet at all times. Please notify our front desk if you require shoe covers (2$) for medical reasons.
Do i have to pay for a child that wont be playing?
there is a fee for all children (up to 13 years of age) who enters the facility. Regardless of whether they will be using the equipment or not.
Why do i have to wear socks if i wont be using the equipment?
For health and safety reasons all of our guests are required to wear socks at all times.
If I cancel my party would I be getting my deposit back?
No, unfortunately deposits are non-refundable, if you cancel your party (1 week prior) you can reschedule within a month after your schedule date or you can use it for private play. if you cancel 6 days before, you will not be able to reschedule.
What happens if I go over the limit of people for my party?
The limit of guest allowed in our facility is 75 if you go over this limit you are subject to pay $20 per extra person limit of 10.
During my party if a few guest leave and other comes can they still be under the 75 limit?
No, unfortunately once your guest have enter to the carpeted area they will be counted. if your guest are dropping off their child they will not be counted.
Can i bring a piñata to my party?
No, piñatas typically contain numerous choke hazard for smaller children and/or products containing peanuts products, therefore they are not permitted within the facility.
